MANUFACTURING
In our specialist manufacturing department, we use only stainless steel with the material numbers 1.4301 and 1.4571. Combinations with materials such as granite and Corian are possible for individual furnishing concepts on request.

For all functional furniture made from sheet steel, you will receive digitalised drawings, three-dimensional plans or photo-realistic visualisations for your approval.

Whether for quality checks or process controls, experiments or industrial production – cleanrooms are a necessity for many different work steps in the pharmaceuticals industry. The way in which they are equipped depends on the work space. We plan, manufacture and supply you with stainless steel cleanroom furniture that satisfies the different requirements in full.
Stainless steel sheets (1.4301 or 1.4404) form the basis of our cleanroom furniture. Both types of sheet stainless steel are easy to process and can be used in environments of up to 550°C. Cleanroom furniture made from this type of stainless steel is also particularly resistant to corrosion and chemicals. The furniture is ideal in areas of application such as the pharmaceuticals industry and food technology.

SERIES PRODUCTION
Different cleanrooms pose different challenges. This means it isn’t possible for certain environments to be equipped with standard solutions. In close cooperation with you, our specialist team develops cleanroom furniture and technology which is optimally adapted to your workspace. For this purpose, large-format stainless steel sheets with dimensions of up to 4 x 2 m can be cut with our modern laser cutting systems, while parts for cleanroom furniture with dimensions of up to 4 m can be canted with our bending machine. With our extensive range of machinery, we can also implement series productions of various sizes and scales for you.

CERTIFIED ACCORDING TO DIN STANDARDS
AND CLEANROOM CLASSES
For a working environment to be classified as a cleanroom, specific requirements in terms of particle density and the degree of purity must be fulfilled. These quality requirements apply to all areas of cleanrooms as well as the cleanroom furniture used in them. All of our stainless steel furniture is therefore made of FDA-compliant sheet stainless steel. In addition, every product from our company meets the quality requirements set by the current standards:
- DIN 18865
- DIN 18860
- DIN EN ISO 14644
The ISO 14644 standard has now replaced the older classification of cleanrooms according to the FED STD 209D and 209E standards. Since these standards remain widely used, however, all our cleanroom furniture – whether a chemical-resistant table system or a highly polished cleanroom sink – continue to meet the quality requirements that they stipulate. This allows you to use our furniture in various applications, from pharmaceutical laboratories through to food technology.
