Müller Feinblechbautechnik GmbH is an owner-managed family business in the field of metal processing. Based in Frammersbach, Germany, Müller Feinblechbautechnik was founded as a one-man business in 1986. It has since developed into a medium-sized company with over 100 employees and is now in its second generation of management.

We can process sheet metal with material thicknesses of up to 25 mm. With our state-of-the-art laser cutting systems, the precision cutting of large stainless steel sheets with dimensions of up to 4 x 2 metres is also possible. Our extensive range of machines means that we are able to handle orders of every size and scale on an efficient and professional basis – from single products through to high-volume series production.

Müller Feinblechbautechnik uses state-of-the-art technology in the field of laser processing and mechanical processing to ensure high-quality production processes. For this purpose, we have state-of-the-art machinery which is specially designed for high-quality sheet metal processing – whether it’s laser cutting, canting, rounding or deburring and surface processing. Our stainless steel furniture for cleanrooms is made exclusively from FDA-compliant stainless steel sheets. It also fulfils the current quality requirements of the DIN 18865, DIN 18860 and DIN EN ISO 14644 standards. The ISO standard has now replaced the older classification of cleanrooms according to FED STD 209D and 209E. As these old standards are still widely used, however, all our cleanroom furniture – from table systems to sinks – continues to fulfil the quality requirements that they set. This allows you to use our furniture in various applications, from pharmaceutical laboratories through to the area of food technology.

Forming is one of the six main groups of production processes in sheet metal processing, and aims to turn unfinished parts made of plastic materials into a different shape without removing any material from the unfinished parts. The sheet metal forming also includes chamfering of the sheet metal. During this machining process, the strength of the workpieces increases. The precise bending-forming processes result in robust sheet metal edge parts, profiles, furniture frames and the like.
