WHICH MATERIALS CAN MÜLLER FEINBLECHBAUTECHNIK PROCESS IN THE AREA
OF METAL PROCESSING IN CONTRACT MANUFACTURING?
Whether it’s entire assemblies or individual parts – in our sheet metal processing, we manufacture the parts that you require in the ordered quantities from a wide variety of steel and aluminium sheets with different thicknesses. These include:
- Standard steel 1.0038 (thickness 1-25 mm) and 1.0976 (3-25 mm)
- Stainless steel 1.4301 (1-20 mm) and 1.4571 (1-15 mm)
- Galvanised sheet METAL 1.030+Z (1-5 mm) and 1.0330 (1-3 mm)
- Aluminium 1.0350+Z (1-10 mm thickness)
We can process all materials in small, medium and large formats in various production processes. We can also process all normal steel and stainless steel sheets in the feasible thicknesses in the maxi format of 4,000 by 2,000 mm. To save time, material and therefore costs, we maximise the coverage on each individual sheet.

In addition to Marktheidenfeld, Würzburg, Wertheim and Schweinfurt, the scheduled delivery destinations for our contract manufacturing also include clients in Main-Spessart and the
Frankfurt/Rhine-Main region. If your location is outside of these areas, please contact us to arrange a special trip.
WHAT COSTS
ARE INVOLVED WITH CONTRACT MANUFACTURING?
We understand our work to be a full-service package. This means that all operations – from the planning to the final production and delivery – are included in one price. And thanks to our in-house vehicle fleet as well as fixed delivery routes and days, there are no additional costs for the delivery of your goods. If you choose not to outsource the delivery and would prefer to collect it yourself instead, this can easily be arranged.
